Our Story

Born from salt air
and quiet conviction

Beach Rock Brewery started with a simple question: what happens when you give beer the time it deserves? We set up shop along Solana Beach's shoreline, where the rhythm of the tides taught us that the best things cannot be rushed.

Every batch is brewed in small quantities, using locally sourced ingredients and traditions passed down through generations of European brewing. We don't chase trends — we chase balance, depth, and the kind of flavor that makes you set the glass down and think about it.

Dune Amber

Amber Ale · 5.8% ABV

Warm malt sweetness meets a clean, coastal finish. Brewed with barley sourced from Northern California farms.

Tide IPA

West Coast IPA · 6.4% ABV

Citrus-forward with a resinous backbone. Hops picked at peak aromatic potential, hopped three times during the boil.

Salt & Stone Stout

Oatmeal Stout · 5.5% ABV

Velvety dark chocolate and espresso, finished with a whisper of sea salt. Brewed with roasted oats for an impossibly smooth mouthfeel.
